We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Executive / Content Creator to join our growing comms team. Based in the North West, you’ll be working across the UK construction and built environment sectors — telling the stories that matter, from the ground up. 

You’ll be out on construction sites one day, capturing interviews and photos, and back at your desk the next, turning those into scroll-stopping LinkedIn posts, short-form video clips, or punchy blogs. You’ll work closely with our founder, Ian Cheveau, to shape content strategy and help our clients grow their reach, reputation and results.

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Executive / Content Creator to join our growing comms team. Based in the North West, you’ll be working across the UK construction and built environment sectors — telling the stories that matter, from the ground up.


You’ll be out on construction sites one day, capturing interviews and photos, and back at your desk the next, turning those into scroll-stopping LinkedIn posts, short-form video clips, or punchy blogs. You’ll work closely with our founder, Ian Cheveau, to shape content strategy and help our clients grow their reach, reputation and results. 

What you’ll be doing: 

Visiting construction and infrastructure sites to gather real content

Filming quick interviews, capturing photos and short video content 

Writing engaging social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram and more 

Supporting content calendars and campaign planning

Creating short blogs, quote cards, or case studies based on real stories

Monitoring what works — and adjusting content to keep it fresh and effective

What we’re looking for:  

A creative eye and a confident voice — you know how to tell a story 

Solid understanding of social platforms (especially LinkedIn & Insta)

Basic photography/videography skills — doesn’t have to be studio-perfect 

Confidence to speak with site teams, engineers, directors and more 

An organised self-starter with energy, ideas and attention to detail 

Bonus if you’ve worked in or around construction, but not essential.
